Hard to say if that search window problem is related though.

launching through steam not only freezes me almost every attempt, but it also reduces FPS and makes game choppy.
odd fix, but it works for me. I hope it works for you too.
I don't have GeForce Experience installed, I avoid it every time I update drivers. Might give it a try, didn't know it could bypass steam.
Edit : GeForce Experience didn't fix the freezes. Thanks for the tip anyway, Benn.
Are you aware of any problem related to Razer hardware ? Can you be more precise ?
1. People with Windows 11 (from the first version, more than one year) has random stuttering without any reason. CPU load up to 100% and GPU load goes down to 0%. This happen for miliseconds or seconds.
2. People reported the same issue with Windows 10 since an old Fallout 76 patch (I think that was the patch with monthman event release).
3. In my case right now the issue is still happening but much less than before.
4. Some people think this issue is related to CPU, when you have more than 4 threads. I don't know if this is true or just a placebo, but when you turn off threads to only 4, the game has less stuttering.
5. Sometimes I think this issue is an razer issue, because I have a razer mouse and keyboard. But it is just an idea without any argument...
This is one video with my experience with this stuttering thing, maybe you can compare: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hufBkUhXlWk
As for the virtual cpu deactivation tweak, it's part of the first possible solutions I tried.
I can compare with your freezes shown in the video, only it happens to me after like 15-20 minutes of game and mainly while in combat (especially close range combat, this is really painful). It almost never happens during explorationwhen there are no NPC's or ennemies around.
