script, bullion and cap resets

I undertsand this changed but apparently I don't understand the change. I thought they said it changed to a set time every day. Anyone know what that is for EST?
So 6am yesterday I came home from work logged on sold my stuff, legendarires and notes.
I come home today at 6am and the boullion is reset but nothing else.
So can someone explain to me how it works now?
Also the refuge dailies, I did em 2 days ago and they still haven't reset.

Refuge Dailies you get 1 per day.
Vendor resets should now be one hour after the Daily Challenge reset time. (when the DO's reset).

So I did two the first day and never did the cooking one (I hate it). Does that mean they'll never reset til I do the cooking one? The first day all 3 were available. Now only the cooking one is. And it seems like in two days at least one of the others woulda litup.

Yes, all vendors reset at the same time. And, if you haven't finished the Costa Business quests yet, Vinny resets for a new quest at 1:00 pm ET too.

Correct, having Esme active will prevent the next one from activating. Sorry, you’ve gotta burn the soup.

OTOH, the soup is the one that gives you raider or settler reputation.

It used to be on a 20-hour timer from when they were first interacted with. Upon using the shop for the first time in the cycle, the timer was set, then 20 hours later the shop currency would reset and the timer would be reset to 20 hours, until it got interacted with, which would start the timer again. This flat time is a lot more coherent. I hated getting on late at like 6 PM, then having to wait until about 2 PM the next day when I had more time to focus on FO76.

Yeah this kid was playing games while you were still a gleam in your daddy's eye. I remember when if you bought a vid game at the store and it sucked you could go back and get your money back. I remember when you could look something up on the internet and it would be true LOL
These were tubers that have been consistently accurate in the past and 76 is what they do.
