you can find plans in the trainstation near vault 76 in a suitcase, and oftain down by the nuke site too. its quite common for players to dump plans there.

I believe the best place now for free plans, food, ammo and sometimes even 1 or 2 star legendaries is the red chest at Nuka World.

Yeah, I would also check the suitcases at the train stations. I recently left over 100 plans at the suitcase inside the Pleasant Valley Station. I'll leave anything short of The Fixer plan, only because I save those for alts.

And why would that be exactly? I'm sure among all the duplicate plans I dump some were "rare".

the funky things about these type of posts is i remeber seeing alot of plans involving grenades left in said around early this morning/late last night when i couldlt sleep and let alot of plans i also had with grenades and mines and such, I have no idea if plasma grenade was among em i do know i have left it in said area in the past however as i already have it and kinda dont like to sell plans at vendor

its something alot of ppl in this community like to do
