Trying hard to craft Pure/Stable fluorescent flux

Gathered lots of ingredients from a recent blast zone but my chemistry station doesn't have stable Fluorescent Flux listed. Am I missing a recipe or perk to have this listed? I say this because I have other stable items listed which can be crafted.

When you pick up the irradiated plants the options show up in chem station, if you just got high radiation fluids and hardened mass etc it doesn't.

I found this out on an alt that had not crafted yet. When I looked in chem station to see how many mass/fluids I had there was no craft options for nuked flora. After I grabbed some flora it appeared
