Reshade full-addon support version?

Is it safe to assume I shouldn't use the full-addon support version of reshade? It's the one that warns against using it on multiplayer games in general. I'm guessing it modifies game files or something but I feel like it might be different for 76 since Bethesda allows mods anyway, plus it's a series known for modding.

great question. i do know the nvidia geforce overlay does work with it, providing some core reshadish effect.

I use Nvidia filters (alt-F3) works great.
i guess reshade would work too if it's only filters.

Well I know the standard version of reshade works since you can use it on pretty much any game but there's a second version that has even more support for stuff but that version warns against using it in multiplayer games
