What are the best legendary rolls for Flamer?
Current some guy is selling two shot, +50% crit dmg, ghost flamer for 5K caps? is it worth?

Two shot isn't the best but it is much better than some of the other effects. Whether it's worth it or not is going to be more of a subjective thing as I don't put much value on caps as I can get them fairly easy so I would drop 5k caps on it if I didn't already have one but that's just me.

When it comes to the best it depends on what you want to achieve. Do you want to have max DPS you can get? Are you a full health build? Do you want to be tanky AF?

Yes, full health build. No I don't need vampire one. Just max dmg output
Current I only have one star AA one
Oh in that case you are set. AA is great for any build and while it's only a one star, it is better than some three stars so I would just rock that one until you find a nice 3 star replacement.

Can't go wrong with Faster Fire Rate for the second effect and something like weight reduction or 50% better durability for the third effect.

Going off 2nd hand info from people who watched an Angry Turtle video so... 3rd hand info, as far as I'm aware non-ballistic weapons and 2 shot interact differently.

The 2 shot is still a source of multiplicative damage making the 25% boost better than expected. The extra crit damage however is useless unless using VATS and that is not likely for heavy weapons.

I personally prefer AA/FFR. It just melts enemies.

Understood. I think AA, 25 fire rate, 15 reload speed will be the best

Two shot deals less damage than a stock one with +25% extra firerate. Do not go Two shot. Two shot suffers from gaining an extra shot but lowering both shots base damage, which means resistances are far more effective vs those two shots. In the end you're doing less damage.

I have a Vampire/25% firerate which is good. You can go for a damage one with bloodied or AA. But most enemies have low fire resistance except for scorched so AA is probably less valuable overall vs a direct damage boost.
