I forgot to ask about the theme song to this mmo?
Why did bethesda not use when fallout 76 first came out i was excited until I've seen bethesda did not use john denver as the singer to the theme song so why did they not use john denver's song instead using a not so good singer?

There is no theme song. Never heard of Beth aiming to use John Denver. All songs used must be licensed though. Can't just grab a song and use it.
sorry I meant the song that plays in the game trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9FGaan35s0 this singer is ok but I prefer john denver and I don't think anyone could get a licence now that he is at rest R.I.P my fav he was still is.
Honestly never seen that trailer before. Looks awful.

All I've seen is this trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5IcqE8kT3KA

Notes
Bethesda Softworks promised to donate 100% of the proceeds made from the sale of the cover song to Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization focused on providing affordable housing to those in poverty.[4]
The song begins with the guitar riff leitmotif used by The Ink Spots for the majority of their music.
The song is mentioned in-game in Fallout 76's Appalachia Radio,[5] and by Sam Nguyen, who tells a story about hearing the song on the radio and how it inspired him to move to Appalachia.[6]
Bethesda Softworks uploaded a video of John Denver’s rendition of the song, prior to the official release of the version used in Fallout 76, but it is unclear if the video itself is still accessible, as it is an old video.

It is kind of interesting looking into the whole ordeal. John Denver died without a will in California so his estate was handled under Californian law.

His assets were undervalued by a few million and the IRS got involved. His family did get some money from trust funds and eventually the music rights. They are re-releasing a 70th anniversary album and this is probably the sticking point.

Copyright law usually only applies to items out of print. As there were plans for a re-issue the copyright refreshes at the point of re-issue.

Well he could still be alive faked his death that is what a few celebrities would have done if they got tied of the spotlight and being hounded popular that is what Elvis Presley did faked his death and now as for him it's impossible to tell which one is him seeing that there are so many Elvis impersonators.

Fallout 5 MUST have this track
