It took me TEN server hops to find Mr. Squeeze today at the spawn point south of NAR Repair Yard, so I was on the luckier side:

It could take you one try, 25 tries, or more, of course. But you get better odds and save traveling time and cost if you just stay at one spawn point.
Hard pass.
You sir, got it right. Cheers to that.
and 10 cans of dog food on hand since bethesda had a fetish for making us eat dog food for dinner in recent weeks.
instead i actually rerolled the 10 events in the forest challenge and got epic: complete 20 events. i'll take that!
i had enough mats on that character to make 2 of them and i have one left if anyone needs it.

So let's see...how do I go about brewing lead champagne?
1. Chance to get Lead Champagne recipe from Wasted on Alcohol daily.
2. Wasted on Alcohol requires me to brew Fresh Vodka, which requires glowing sap among other things.
In other words, assuming equal probability of outcome, I have a 1/5 chance to acquire the lead champagne recipe today.
All of this is leading me to think that perhaps Bethesda wants players to try out new things outside of the standard grind. But considering they removed the daily level challenge, perhaps they're creating another artificial obstacle (like stash weight limit) to make a buck at our expense.
