How often does this game go on sale?

I bought the $1 gamepass and saw Fallout76 was on it and I'm liking it so far how often does it go on sale?

I can't tell you for sure, but it's not very often, from what I remember, last STEAM sale was in JANUARY ($9.99) however, other online stores give discounts for this game quite often, for example, Fallout 76 is included in this months "Choice" package on HumbleBundle with bunch of other games for $11.99 (if you do get it, it is a subscription service, so be sure to cancel in time, also think fast, this particular package goes away on Monday the 6th)

Wait so if I get this HumbleBundle subscription I instantly just own these game's without having to buy them?

Yes, you get keys for each title listed for the month of February. Just cancel your sub for the next month if you want. Just go through the process to add the items to your account or give the other keys away if you want, up to you.

I just bought it but I was met with this will I still get the game's currently shown because it says it could take up to 3 business day's.

I bought it today but it's in a verification process will I still get the games listed right now or will I be unable to get the game's listed now?

Got it from Humble Chance for what ever reason they didn't like my email and making another account with a different email worked just fine.
