About time. The amount of poor souls who join only to find out the team already did the OP.
Anyone know exactly how this would stack up to 40%? Given that the most one player can have is 10%.
4 players with the perk equipped?
This, but also in the old days a shotgun could get the debuff all on its own (or energy splitter weapons).
Not sure how this one works. It might be 10% per hit up to 40% after 4.
It did go down an hour later than advertised. They don't do rolling shutdowns on patches because the client versions must all match and any database changes as well.
Downtime can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 12 hours.
But usually around 3 hours.

Angry Turtle even had a video about the issue:

If the changes go through then the explosive effect on Crusader Pistols will limit their usefulness to 10mm and 5.56mm. This, sadly, is my 'legacy' moment and anyone I mocked is now free to do so in return. Couple this with the medic shotgun changes last patch and those niece builds are going away...
And they made a liar out of me with the 3 hour prediction.
Nah, you're good. You said "usually" so that gives you an out when talking about averages.
Unless they break the 12 hour mark, your prediction is still accurate in my book.
Please todd, don't let it be 12 hours.
