my fixer/handmade build so far

need advice to get the maximum damage output i possibly can

5 point allocation is missing - kinda not sure why but yeah its pretty much identical to what i have - probs a legendary perk im not seeing that gives me more points than i have noticed

if your fixer is silenced look into adding Mr Sandman into the equation its also strange to not see blocker but its you not me :)

i think i need gun fu too - also is sandman a strong pick given that its only nighttime that the effect applies?

nah its just strong being another addition gun fu is a solid choice

+1 for gun fu. I just started using it and holy dang is it the bomb against mobs, esp if you can regen AP quickly. Sandman can be good but only applies to sneak attacks, so depends on your play style and the situation.

I heavily use sneak I'm looking at not using sandman due to night time activation until I can max my legendary card first

A sneak rifle build should need Follow Through. It was one of the first legendary perks I got.

im just working on my main legendary perks first then getting follow through and maybe far flung

Problem with far flung is it can break your Undetected status....people tend to notice other people exploding. It is awesome against mobs though, those explosions pack a punch. I have Demo Expert maxxed, that probably helps.

My fixer builds never use ground pounder - I prefer to put the points into maxing tankkiller and concentrated fire instead. Also, +1 to the chorus calling for Gun Fu - that's a must for a VATS-oriented build.

i feel like 1x ground pound 2x tank killer works

with gun fu idk if i want to keep it at 1x or upgrade for extra 20%-30% or upgrade adrenaline to 4x
