T-51 Bright Headlamp Location?

I've spent too much time looking for one to no luck. If you've got tips or a sure way to find one I'd be more than glad to hear.

Don't know if it's random or includes the bright version but I just got the blue headlamp mod from the Lode Baring event. I want to say i've also seen the headlamp mod for sale at either Watoga or Harper's Ferry station.

Vendor bots at "Top of the World" and the one at "Berkeley Springs" are my best bet for this.

Maybe some chance to have it from the "Watoga" ones ... .

Server hops as needed, maybe take many hops to finally have it ... .

I'm pretty sure I got from it from Distant Thunder event as reward but I can't confirm it since it's been a while.

Run a lap of Watoga looking for loose mod boxes. They can spawn most of the T series mods (Not T-65).

Rough, off the top of memory list:
Bridge near Appalachian Antiques.
On top of building at Lost Home.
Top of Watoga EMS next to PA.
Under stairs near Watoga Estates.
Top of Watoga High School next to PA.
In train car at Flooded Train Yard.

Trick is that if they aren't what you want, don't pick them up. Server hop to refresh spawns and try again. Be sure to check both vendorbots in Watoga too.
