This has probably lead to a major shake-up of how things are being run. As much as I feel for the Q.A. teams ( https://kotaku.com/bethesda-zenimax-fallout-76-crunch-development-1849033233 ) unionising doesn't mean the quality of work will improve, sadly it's probably the opposite.
