Off memory purified water is 24 water per hour, or 1 water every 2.5 minutes. If you have multiple water purifiers it doesn't speed up the production, just allows more storage.
1 water will be added to one of your purifiers at random every 2.5 minutes.
What is odd is it's a purified water source and not dirty (though that would compete with the Settlers well). I guess if you dig deep enough in Appalachia the water is pure? Bottle that or use it to brew (although we can't...).
Not what I would call balanced.
The maximum it can hold needs to be greatly increased simply because of the space it takes up.
That "small" base camp plan that goes on dirt is also too big and awful to ever be used, the water cooler and the little Vault Tec purifiers would be their replacements. This one should be a replacement for the large purifier that requires a water placement.
This item is only good for people who are wanting the appearance of yet another well in their camp
