40k cap max is stupid
I spend 3 days trying to get my caps down around 10k so i can open my vendors back up and 3 hours later i am back at cap max. It's like a sick little game bethesda likes to play where you constantly have to watch your cap amount. If you are busy doing ops or in the pitt and somebody comes by and buys a lot of stuff and you are not fast enough to shut down your camp you lose thousands of caps because your vendor will just keep selling to the players even though you hit cap max. Bethesda really needs to change to a higher cap amount or make the vendor stop selling when you are close to cap max.

Yea 40k is stupid., We should have a credit card with virtual money. We have these stash boxes with the high tech hand print recognition system, should be possible.

great idea
there should be a banking system

everyone has had that situation where they were short on caps
and you sell a bullet for X K caps to a friend
that should go much easier
introducing a banking system
i deposit 20K in that banking system and it appears next to my name
other team members can get a quick loan even if i'm not in the game
ofc with a certain interest (like irl)
can't pay in time? sucks to have debt => wanted/bounty
(ofc you can just gift the money, really depends on the situation)

This is one of the reasons people use mules. Get a friend near your cap amount to trade them to your mule, then you trade them the caps from your main...or vice versa.

Same story each time, a new one come and start crying about limits. This limit was dobled since the start, just learn how to manage things.
just make alts to carry caps and move items, it's not hard lol i have 40k caps on 3 alts and 30 on my main..

Say they made it 50K. Then, you'd hit 50K and be on here complaining that "50K cap limit is stupid."

Just learn to live with it. Either don't care about caps or find cap sinks in-game. Player vendors are probably the best since it takes them out of your own player-NPC-vendor circuit, but also doing things like buying bulk materials at NPCs or the 6K/week at Smiley's can help.

Try real life. There are no caps. Also STFU.

Sell stuff for less, there's no point in a 10k-20k-30k price on stuff when you can't get rich selling it.

It's better than the 25k it started at.
You get to a certain point where you can't find anything to spend your caps on. I sell things cheap now because of this, and buy things at stupid prices to lower my caps and help others out. Be glad of a little struggle or you will soon get bored.

Why I this problem? When you get limit, it is just another headache removed..IF stuff doesn't cost 50k per piece ofc..otherwise its good living.

Thank you for the non negative comment. It's irritating that i want to play an rpg game but i end up playing a stash/cap management game. And if you say anything about it being dumb you just get flamed. Tons of youtubers say the 76 community is the most helpful and friendly. Looking at some of the posters on here, i beg to differ.

Simple. Stay at max caps and use all Aristocrats gear.

Make those static caps work for you. If you hit the limits it means you aren't using them so why want more of something you aren't using? (I get it, it's to buy off greedy sellers).

Why is it a problem, just make the caps work for you, there are plenty of ways to make the limit not be a problem.

I got a low level player to put up a piece or crap armour in their shop for 5000 caps so I could buy it just so they could have the caps to help them at the start for example.

Welcome to one of the end game struggles

I suggest hopping to players and buying any 3* at 500 or less... if I'm bored I do 1000 or less

otherwise nothing you do from this point on will ever get you free of the caps cap

even that only buys me 5 minutes with a vendor open
