Just learn to live with it. Either don't care about caps or find cap sinks in-game. Player vendors are probably the best since it takes them out of your own player-NPC-vendor circuit, but also doing things like buying bulk materials at NPCs or the 6K/week at Smiley's can help.
Sell stuff for less, there's no point in a 10k-20k-30k price on stuff when you can't get rich selling it.
Thank you for the non negative comment. It's irritating that i want to play an rpg game but i end up playing a stash/cap management game. And if you say anything about it being dumb you just get flamed. Tons of youtubers say the 76 community is the most helpful and friendly. Looking at some of the posters on here, i beg to differ.
Make those static caps work for you. If you hit the limits it means you aren't using them so why want more of something you aren't using? (I get it, it's to buy off greedy sellers).
I got a low level player to put up a piece or crap armour in their shop for 5000 caps so I could buy it just so they could have the caps to help them at the start for example.
Welcome to one of the end game struggles
I suggest hopping to players and buying any 3* at 500 or less... if I'm bored I do 1000 or less
otherwise nothing you do from this point on will ever get you free of the caps cap
even that only buys me 5 minutes with a vendor open
