can`t do the quest "The Lowe-Down"

Hi, stuck at the quest stage where I need to "Search near the house with a "flamingo out front"". Got no police car near that place, so I can`t get the next holotape, any seggestions pls?

That seems like a bug, police car should be in front of the flamingo house but checked it and it's not there. Check the backyard of the flamingo house, search the corpses and the cooler next to grill.

The quest is a bit bugged since nukaworld- It tells you to look for a police car, but the holo is actually in a medical bag on a roof. Holo for the flamingo house is on the bodies in the back.
