Beside technical issues FO 76 has a lot off features: CAMP building, trading, storyline, Loctions to discover, challenges and events, you can launch a nuke etc.
If you just want to shot things you might be better off with another game, I still love Borderlands 2 but I guess there are many other titles.
25*9*11 = 2475 possible weapon effects
4*3*2 = 24 possible good rolls of combinations
24 / 2475 ... basically you will get 100 bad rolls for any one decent roll, and maybe 1000 to 1 for something considered a god roll on that weapon...
At 4 modules a pop you are looking at FOUR AND A HALF YEARS of non stop grinding to possibly craft the specific gun you desire...
Armour is far FAR worse at 5700 possible and less actual good combinations... meaning it would take some 30+ years to get AN ACCEPTABLE (not ideal) roll of a set of complete armour...
Prefix - Generally only Bloodied, Quad, Anti Armour and Vampires are actual good rolls... TwoShot is overrated most of the time
Major - Faster fire or 50% critical are the only good rolls... on RARE occasion explosive is good
Minor - 15% reload or 25% vats (sometimes... only sometimes) are actual good rolls
Basically the weapon is conditional on what type it is
Ex. Railway shines with quad because it does great damage already, explosive on railways is OP it gives the bullet a much faster travel time and hits harder than you'd think (more than the 20% anyway)
Quad Explosive Railways will one shot level 100 supermutants, having vats or reload is nice on them because of the extreme firerate they can still burn 40 rounds quick and the vats cost can't be depleted to nothing
Anti armour, Bloodied, Two shot are actually good on railways... for SPECIFIC things but generally are less than preferred.
Ex. Fixer shines with bloodied, anti armour, quad
Bloodied Faster Fire Rate Faster Reload fixer is an absolute god roll... it will be easily kitted to costing 1 ap per round so infinite vats by default, and can get down to 0.15 seconds reload time so is essentially infinite ammo anyway
Ex. Enclave Plasma Flamers shine with Vampires, Bloodied
Vampires Faster Fire rate 25% vats cost is pretty good... the gun will fire so quickly you will heal thousands of health in seconds and does so much damage by default anything aside from uber bosses will disappear into a puff of smoke instantly
Yes, I knew about tech issues of F76. I was ready. But this situation raged me. Imagine, can't kill couple mutants to advance through mission. My gun is not even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
wanna be a 2 handed weapon user in D&D? Make sure you have a good strength score and make sure you have a decent BaB
dont have eather expect to do ♥♥♥♥ with 2 handed weapons in said game
not sure what your on about ...
If you are struggling, a perfect weapon isn't going to solve the problem.
I mean next you be all "why is this stock unupgraded wooden board not working with my heavy weapons cards? Its heavy weapon!"
You aren't wrong about RNG/grind, though. There's no end to that, but that's to be expected for an MMO.
(X=I don't know the tier names of the commando cards there seem to be three I am working with)
QUESTION: relevant to this thread, do Commando, X Commando then XX Commando cards all stack so a possible 9 stacked bonus to damage?
I am quite senile so names of things elude me often.
