hey hey hey.. get yer mittens of meh flux, ye hear! *wild west glare*
Yes?
Or they buy them at 300 to repost them in their own camp for 500 caps.
I usually keep 6-7 of each of the popular ones in my machine on my character with the recipes for 500 each. Which makes them available to players searching, rather than getting cleaned out by a profiteer.
Serums should have had a higher pricetag overall. However due to flux duping the economy bottomed out on them early in the game.
Just came from a random player vendor selling 20x of each serum at 250/piece, was temped to buy them all and have a nice profit, but oh well, i have a hearth after all.
When I think about it, we should be selling them for 1000 each. I mean, you only need like 6 mutations or so for your build and the perk cards let you keep them forever, so yea, you spent 7k to fully mutate your character.
it's part of the game
they are expensive because they are end tier
once you bought your first
life will go much easier
I mean the only good thing about knowing the serum recipes is if you have alts, friends, or like to remove all mutations (whatever for, lol)
but even solo ... you won't need the class freak card if you take a fresh dose of the serums
(no negative effects with a fresh dose )
and yea it's expensive
but it's a strategy
