Anyone able to help out?
Hi folks trying to buy the serum blueprints from Modus but theyre 18k each. Its going to be one heck of a grind and was wondering if anyone able to help give some caps?
I'd set a shop item to donation amount and someone can buy it from me?

Any help is appreciated, currently on 12k and speaking to other players there are about 3/4 that are meta rn.

The hardest part when buying serums is when you finally get enough caps and you have to press the button--Hey I bought it--s--t I'm broke again. Then have to repost-anyone have any extra Flux?

hey hey hey.. get yer mittens of meh flux, ye hear! *wild west glare*

I've gone serum shopping a few times, never takes too long too find a CAMP that's selling them. Pricing isn't always great, but usually under 500 caps.
This is because at like 300 caps or less people will buy all your serums to cash them in to a NPC to make a very small profit.

Or they buy them at 300 to repost them in their own camp for 500 caps.

I usually keep 6-7 of each of the popular ones in my machine on my character with the recipes for 500 each. Which makes them available to players searching, rather than getting cleaned out by a profiteer.

Serums should have had a higher pricetag overall. However due to flux duping the economy bottomed out on them early in the game.

Just came from a random player vendor selling 20x of each serum at 250/piece, was temped to buy them all and have a nice profit, but oh well, i have a hearth after all.

Just server hop and check out the vendor list to see who's selling a good amount of aid items and check those vendors. I see someone selling serums for 350-400 caps nearly every day I play.

I have like 9 serum recipes I bought for 17k a pop I think. I sell serums for 500 each because umm... let's see, math + math * math / math = I am still at a 100k loss.

When I think about it, we should be selling them for 1000 each. I mean, you only need like 6 mutations or so for your build and the perk cards let you keep them forever, so yea, you spent 7k to fully mutate your character.

Meanwhile it takes how many serums to get a profit to cover the expense of the plan?

I mean the only good thing about knowing the serum recipes is if you have alts, friends, or like to remove all mutations (whatever for, lol)

friends are kinda crucial in a coop game

but even solo ... you won't need the class freak card if you take a fresh dose of the serums
(no negative effects with a fresh dose )
and yea it's expensive
but it's a strategy
