Nuka World Cowboy Duster

Can this plan be traded?

I ask because I am having no luck at all getting this to drop and was wondering if a friend could help me farm for it.

iirc, every single nuka world on tour plan/item is tradeable (except for the backpack flair plans)

If it has a drop rate of 0.05%, then yea goona be a while.

Just keep checking player vendors. That's how I grabbed one for each of my three characters. Paid 1500k for two of them and 5k for the other. Had to vendor and server hop like crazy but it was worth it.
