Event timer question...
I tried to find this on the wiki but does anyone know if the events mainly the Nuka World ones run on a timer? And if that's available somewhere? Thank you in advance.

Oh awesome! The.... big mole rat guy on the hill above the nuka world tour? I've been in it twice so far but it definitely doesn't tick often I reckon that's on once every 24 hours

The big mole rat happens when someone use a Nuke.

Only run to the Hill if "Abandoned Mine Shaft 2" is covered. Apparently reading the instructions is not a cool thing to do.

Public events run three times an hour. This week and probably next the top of the hour is one of the three Nuka World on Tour events. At 20 and 40 it is the regular random public event rotation which also includes the three new events added to the others.

Scorched Earth, A Colossal Problem, and the new one with the Titan are player triggered by dropping a nuke at specific map locations. There are three silos and each has a three hour cooldown after launching. All three nukes can be launched at close to the same time, and then there will be none of those events until the cooldowns have passed.

Encryptid, is player triggered after completing a specific quest line. It also has a three hour cooldown.

Yes it would. The target point is covered by the blast zone.

May want to check for nuke's flora in the blast zone, 3 kinds (cobalt, crimson, yellowcake) SE of the residences (Hornwright, etc ...). May be a good place to harvest, if you have the 3 other components for pure flux in reserve ... .

Events are every twenty minutes.

Events started by players are obviously not on a schedule. However there is a timer for the nukes and recall device to recharge,

The Encryptid event you visit the shacked and there is no timer shown.
The silos status are shown in the missile command holotape.

I don't know exactly why, but I've noticed the Nuka World ones getting offset and running 20 minutes early (at X:40) on a lot of servers, instead of on the hour.

Riding Shotgun (the Blueridge Caravan quest) is also player triggered, and I think the cool down is 1 hour.

Maybe I wasn't clear. The NWoT are guaranteed at the top of the hour, and possible at 20/40 for at least this week. You should not be seeing anything but the new events at the 00.

Ah, I never stuck around when it hit at a different time and jumped servers thinking I'm that server was borked. Good to know, thanks. I had this happen several times with the cookout during Meat Week so I assumed the same thing was happening.
