Nuka World is in Fallout 4. This is Nuka World on tour. You'll visit it as part of the events. It's in the Ash Heap close to Lewisburg Station.

you dont actually go to nukaworld, its just a new location
they said they wanted to give people more of a reason to visit ash heap, so thats nice

But if you just take the main road south from the Rusty pick towards the Ash Heap you'll spot it easy enough.
