This is Bethesda your taking about. The 2 rules are:

1. They will NEVER give anythung away for free
2. There games will always be buggy and will never be fuly fixed by them (gatta love the unofficial mod people. They should ne hired by Bethesda, lol)

Fallout 76 has had free trials in the past and also free trials for Fallout 1st. No one here can tell you when the next time will be unless Bethesda have announced it.

No it has expired AFAIK. Claim had to be made before October 31st and code had to be redeemed by November 30th.

I got mine to use as a mule account if i need it in the future.

You're right. There's still some free content for 76, but not the game itself.

If you're asking if 76 will be free for Christmas weekend then no. But free trials have been a thing many times in the past, and I think I remember a free trial weekend happening during Christmas at least once in the past. Don't know.

Other than that, it will likely be on sale for $10.

The last free WE was October 4th through October 11th, 2022. There's no date for next one yet.

Every DLC has been free as promised.
Prior to Seasons Bethesda gave away like 2500 Atoms a month for dailies/weeklies.

They do the free weekends during anniversary of the game or some days maybe
