Which unique weapon worth keeping?

Which unique weapon from quest are worth keeping? Ex: final word, all rise, VATS unknown, pyrolyzer, daisycutter etc.

Gooood question ... !!! keep those who fit your playstyle ... !!! If you don't have Fallout 1st, it's hard to keep a "large" inventory for Weapons/Armors ... .

Most of the "unique" legendary items are kinda under powered except for specific instances. Most of the quest reward ones are easily replaced with superior randomly generated gear. The plasma weapon rewards are decent, especially the rifle if attached a flamer barel.
Some of the other plans you can get to make "unique" weapons are a bit better, such as Unstoppable Monster, and obviously the Fixer.

Unless you're keeping them for showcase/personal collection I know of very little purpose in holding on to them. *Obviously you mentioned two favorites of quest reward weapons (final word and VATS unknown) that are worth selling if you don't use them personally.

The only one with any value is the legacy gamma gun from a season or two ago (had to be claimed quickly, is only level 15)... its value is from how its fairly uncommon... but its just a weak legendary gamma gun

the rest of the unique named weapons are generally garbage, easily obtained and not particularly good

The "fixer" is a unique named weapon but its got random abilities and good combos are highly sought after

I got rid of most the unique weapons cuz I don't use any of them and don't have any interest in using them. I guess you could keep them and display them at or camp or hold onto them for collection reasons. Unless there is one that fits your play style then why not use it?

What is best to keep is determined by how you like to play. I. myself, do not melee. My goto weapon if someone gets close, is my napalm flamer. No one gets past that. My favorite ranged weapon is my ultracite prime gatling. Gets a 1000 shots per core and I can make as many cores as I want. I do use several others too.

Foundation's Vengeance is good. Basically all the right legendary perks you'd want on a minigun.

Slug Buster is pretty good, just because Plasma Rifles are a good weapon (especially with automatic or flamer barrel)... and seeing how you can only get it once per character and people tend to not keep them around... It's not really flooding the market.

Becketts Final word 50cal is a keeper for my PA heavy gunner. Prime receiver with ultracite ammo it is a great gun for scorch beasts and tough enemies in general. Many of my other favourite heavy guns are spin up guns like Ultracite Gatling laser, Pepper shaker, Gauss minigun and Gatling Plasma. So it is nice to keep a decent gun that is not a spin up gun for some variety.

Foundations vengeance the bloodied explosive minigun from the Eviction notice event is good too if you are a bloodied build. You can pick these up for cheap from player vendors.

Slug buster is ok but since legendary crafting you can roll for plasma flamer or enclave plasma flamer with better effects to suit your needs.

As long as you have an empty character slot you can get another quest reward weapon.
