Well, during WWII men of fighting age were sent off to fight. This left women behind to fill the roles vacated.
Fallout had this big war too, and as the world hadn't progressed much past the mid-century norm the same thing would have happened. Men of fighting age sent to Alaska and elsewhere leaving women in the USA to fill the vacancies.
Having more women in leadership roles is historically accurate.

But anyways to me it doesn't matter, gender shouldn't play any part into who should or shouldn't be a leader even in the real world, this shouldn't be a concern. Oh another thing in fallout 4 it was mainly males being the ones in charge so i guess the Bethesda team wanted to give females a chance to be in the spotlight this time.
This. Well done.
Just like in the real world /s
So yes, women earn less than men in general. They also pick easier jobs and take more time off.
Go figure!
What are you saying that the original study that classified 26 hours a week as full time. Then took the total of all "full time" workers by gender added it up and divided by that number. While in that study men worked on average of 38.5 to women's average 29.5 hours itself debunks the myth?
Or that men at 38.5 are also working the lions share of overtime and double time, which they counted as straight time worked, ignoring the inflated wages
lol what?
I do hope the handle is not short for "gentleman" as this would also be vastly inaccurate.
