Help with Plan: Marine Armor Helmet

Good day vault dwellers,If you have spare plans for Marine Armor Helmet I can purchase it for good price.Its seems to be very hard to find plans for it in wasteland these days.

You mean the tactical or the one from treasure hunter event? if its the tactical just go to harpers ferry, near the automatic door (red one) near the train wreckage (the one with wistle), go left and in a open wall, will be some woodcases distributed in 3 floors, search the plans there, if there arent, just server hop until one plan: tactical helmet spawn.

Unless it has changed, you learn it by scrapping one, so buy one off a player vendor, then scrap.

Or use the one from Daily Ops when it drops for you.

Sorry mate i have bad news for you, this helmet only spawns in the treasure hunter event, its a cyclic event bethesda put in the game from time to time, so if you want to purchase it, be ready your caps and have patience.

PS: If you dont care about the color (blue), you have the option to purchase the artic marine armor helmet, its the same with blue color, a bit expensive for my taste (2500+ bullion) or wait until minerva sells it.

Is this new? The plan used to spawn in the rail cars directly west of Watoga Station. I'm guessing they "improved" the game by removing that, then?
