Julie is terrible.

She's annoying, repetitive and she ruined Appalachia Radio. That is all.

**alright, in all fairness it's one of the better stations. I do wish they'd add more. Community events have long been appreciated by the fanbase, and it's labor beth techs don't have to touch, no reason not to expand on that and incorporate fan-made stations. Make it a contest so they don't have to pay anyone just take the sound clips and plug em in. I almost always listen to my own music when playing not because I don't enjoy the stations in game, but because when I started 76 I listened to the reel loops so many times that they're slightly maddening to hear now. They were really fun, and nostalgically hold a place in my lil heart, and I think it'd be free fun in general to add more.

How about a few different radio stations. A three dog type one, raider rock one and a Foundation one. A BOS one and an Enclave one. All with their own style of music.

I don't consider Julie as ever being designed as a pure radio host. Instead I see her as a blog post for a dev(s) to vent issues without raising problems on social media.

Think of some of her lines and substitute a few words.
"I didn't build Appalachia radio, it doesn't belong to me. Sure I fixed some things up..."
What I hear: "I didn't build Fallout 76..." At lot of her other lines fall into a similar pattern, a specific 'diary' post.

She even comments on owning a Collectron, something no other NPC has (Sunnybots and Vendorbots aren't specific Collectrons) and is only available to players. Therefore she must be a player or dev.

They do need to make Julie accessible in some way. Events where you choose various scenarios for radio station and poor Julie.

Julie gets taken by supermutants. Choose to save her or let her get turned into one of them. Radio goes offline for a time. Static. Radio station comes back online and she's like: *supermutant voice* How dis work? Stupid noisy, blinking things. YOU WORK! NOW! WANT TO HEAR NICE MAN IN BOX SING!! /smash *static*

Find Julie a companion. Send her a hacked Sentry Annihilator or a tamed Deathclaw.

Fine Julie a boyfriend. Multiple locations.

List of candidates: Various assortment of raiders, settlers and other unaffiliated npcs.

Alternate Candidates: Baby Crusher (Fire eagle), Zoom Zoom (mentally r.etarded raider), Gary (mysterious vault dweller), Manfred P. Duckworth (upper class pre war ghoul - never caught serial killer) and Grahm.
