If you mean the Garrahan Foreman's outfit and helmet, they're tradeable. Either of them can come from each different pail and they are a fairly rare drop. Ornates have the highest chance to drop something valuable. The regular miner's pail will occasionally drop something good and the Dusty pail rarely has anything of value in them.

If you going to buy the pails , The best bet is the Normal ones , You can buy 2 of those for what one ornate would cost you and your odds of a good drop goes up

They are fairly rare, off memory each item only has a 0.9% chance (I'm sure a wiki or website will have the correct odds).

Been at this Treasure Hunting thing since they started and have few outfits. RNG being RNG it all comes down to luck.

Crafted standard pails have a 40% chance of a rare (20% from dropped). You then have a 1/43 chance of a particular item, or a 0.009% chance per pail opened...

Yeah... just try buy things. Let the nutters hunt/craft this stuff.
