For the BOS Recon Armor, yes ... . Prepare to have Repair kits handy, it's relative to your gameplay, but I think it broke faster then the Combat Armor, from my experience ... .

Nope... You can also buy them with gold bullion from Minerva on certain weeks.

The combat armour one you can normally get from killing a brotherhood like the raiders and settlers you can kill them if you so wished no bad rep or anything to punish you for doing so.

sadly... i just need chest part luck on getting that is annoying so far or wait for merniva show up with it

I'd craft one for you, but the Recon set is not tradeable nor droppable. So can't.

Which really sucks cause even for my own second character, I have to re-grind bullion for it. :/
