I know you got some springs but if you want to know a decent farm location go to Charleston Herald Building as it typically has four assuming no one went there yet.

The Charleston Capitol Building has a good number too, I think around seven (Again, assuming no one has went there). There is also a lone, loose spring (Or screw? Can't remember) in the basement somewhere.

This route is also a pretty nice spot for battered clipboards, as they yield both screws and springs.
