Quest tracker UI right side of HUD missing

I've got a weird thing where the usual quest tracker on the right side of the screen is missing. The quests still show on the map. Toggling all sorts of options on and off don't seem to restore is.

I'm at a point where it's just dailies so tracking the quests themselves isn't the important part. I'm missing the quest progression (progress bars, current stage) for things like daily ops, or how much more of X we need to trigger the current stage.

Anyone have an idea on how to restore it? It seems tied to my account somehow as it's showing the same on multiple systems. It's been acting up since the last patch.

Mods- Totally forgot about those. Yes, but the only one that touches the UI in any way mutes the countdown ticker. Toggled the rest on and off as well to test, no change.

Toggled all the display settings on and off, no change.

Already checked and updated. It appears to impacting a system that isn't using mods as well which is curious.

I did resolve it many moons ago. I think it may have been something that changed the rewards popup so it didn't take up the entire screen. Wound up breaking a few things like the post expedition screens as well somehow.

Interface mods. I disabled better inventory and improved health bar. And fixed olit

This happens with me and Improved Health Bar mod, there is a post in the Nexus discussions for this mod that has a link to a fixed version. Use that instead.

For me it was Event Notifications. Took me a while to enable/disable half of the mods at a single time but not only it wasn't showing the quests on the right but also preventing other health bar related mods from functioning properly. Improv.Health Bar has to be patched manually to work.
