okey i used them and im pissed (sorry but yea..)

it took OVER an hour and i got nothing. yes. not even a single one of the weapons... -.-; i think i have to get more tickets...but thinking about how much you GAVE me already...srsly...

yeah the odds are terrible and its very very slow

you get a bunch from rad rumble so they tend to accumulate as they weigh nothing on a lot of people

you can earn those tokens easy by doing the dailys. the pleasant vally tickets in the other hand have only a 2% drop chance from scorched or ghouls...(if you have done the rose quest storyline)
