GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q
CPU : i5-10300H 2.5Ghz - I know that sounds old but it actually just came out like a year or two ago. Its a higher powered one or something.
Im running it on win11 with 20gb of ram installed.
I can play games like Elden Ring and Cyberpunk with the next-gen upgrade either on max or close to max with no issues. So idk why this is messing up. FO76 DOES play very smoothly tho. I get 60+ frames.
They screwed it up for F76. Everything is screwed up.
Some of the art assets look metallic in Fallout 4 yet they look washed out in Fallout 76.
Fallout 4 got it right.
