But, be warned, there are events at the end of quests that cannot be soloed without many hours or grinding for levels, perks and equipment.
Do i have to do the Events? If i just want to do the main quest, is it possible to finish the game story solo, ignoring all the events, daily quests and whatever is generated for team play
There are three "end game" events that are triggered at the end of three different quest lines. Obviously, you can skip those events if you so chose. But they do wrap up the quest lines so.....
You can do it all solo except one side mission with the sheepsquatch ( I forget the name of the mission). I did it all solo and it is probably easier in a private world because if somebody enters an area where you are doing a quest, the NPCs re-spawn and you have to kill them again.
I would do the Foundation quest line to get the stealth suit and the raider missions after lvl 45 to get the slug buster for solo game play. Both are part of the main mission.
Otherwise its just 12$ and the game is free
Thanks, is this game has ending slides or it never ends?
BTW do i need to buy the Expansion packs or they come with the game?
Is tehre any reason to favorite Game pass version over steam version? Like in free stuff that comes with it, i have both
cheers
Just remember to stay out of workshops and have pacifist mode on and you should be fine.
No ending slides and when you see there are no more main quests then you know you did all the main story. Some quests are a bit buggy but you can get through it. You don't have to buy anything beyond the base game like I play. The more expensive game just has some unique looking guns and outfits but nothing that will change game play or extra content. All content is in the base game. It is funny though, a bunch of people still don't understand the story when it is finished. You might want to come over to the public side for events though. They can be fun and as long as your in "Passive mode" nobody can hurt you. Stay away from the workshops though because they are always PvP zones when in operation. Experiment and learn the Fallout 76 way things are done.
Warning... Fallout 76 is not a true Fallout game. There is no hard mode and you don't have to sleep at all. You will find the game much easier than other Fallouts that you have played. You will find tons of supplies and Railway Depots have Robots to buy plans from to upgrade equipment and camp stuff. I would suggest making a camp with a bunch of water purifiers because the trader Robots pay a lot for purified water so get water purifier plans first.
Thanks for detailed replay, this clears thing ups.
What are workshops? Like in Failout 4? To create robots and mod guns? If i stay away then how i supposed to mod guns?
Workshops are area's on the map that you can capture for a limited amount of time and build up to give you resources mining nodes. These workshops are pvp areas.
