Inside this package is an unmarker map fragment.
It has a smal note attached:
Urgent. Constance, take this to my shop.
Find all the pieces.-FS

And a other with Barry ?

According to posts on the internet, it leads to the location of Vault 79

It's an unmarked quest that was dropped in the game prior to the launch of Wastelanders long ago.

Take it to the Pawn Shop in Grafton. It's kind of irrelevant now. But for a completionist, hey, something to hunt down.

If I remember correctly, it was pre-Wastelanders content for people that liked easter egg hunting so they could find potential spots where the Wastelanders quests would take place. Remember the little elevator you take on the side of the mountain to do the vault raid with the Raiders? That was, for a long while, a speculated place where future (At the time) content would take place - and it did.
Nowadays it's just leftover content that you can pickup. I recommend just dropping it as an annoying message will popup every now and then when you log into the game.

Yes this is a secret sub mission that tell you were this vault 79 is i think its a post NPC Update Qwest line as now you can just find this vault by doing that raid 79 mission anyways.

IDK how needed this Qwest line is tho for the raid 79 mission line but i have done ok without it so far after all only have 3 of the 6 fragments i do hate how it pops up every time i load myself but after seeing it for like a two years i have just gotten used to pressing the close button every time now.

That could be related to a quest, if we are talking about the same pair of women. It's a big part of a major storyline.

It has to do with the Mistress of Mystery questline.

went to someone base and saw 2 dead womans they looked 90% similar

this side quest is very fun
their dresses are one of the only apparels with a bonus btw
