Help with Marine Armor Helmet

Hello,I want to know is it hard to get plans for Marine Armor Helmet because I have spend for over than 4 hours to find plans at Harpers Ferry.If someone got copy of plans can I get it somehow.I have caps to buy it :)

It is one of the rewards for the treasure hunter event that is on now. Just find and kill mole miner treasure hunters and open the pails they drop for a chance to get the plan.

Go to watoga. Follow the tracks west from the station to an abandoned train; within it there are three stacks of wooden boxes, on the tallest one Marine armor plans spawn: legs, arms, torse, helmet, and the marine TACTICAL helmet which is technically better though I like the look of the standard helmet better. While you're doing that I can hook you up with a few hard copies and I may have a spare plan to save you some time. IGN?

**edit: it would be unfair for me to charge you but I will always accept extra nukashine or frag grenades, if you have them to spare. Also follow IFH's advice as I've gotten some pretty incredible drops out of those mine pails, including god rolled weaker-tier weapons. Usually it is junk though, so you're warned.
