Dialogue sound
Hey,
Im new to the game and Im a little bit disappointed. Is it normal I have weird sound spatialization for the NPCs ? I mean I have to turn my head left or right to hear them (in one ear then), and if I watch them in the eyes, I barely dont hear anything.
And there are not so many audio settings...

It's normal for this game. It's bad oversight really on the development.

I found a solution, in windows sound option activate spacialization for windows :)

Sounds like your sound is broken. That's definitely not normal.
