Eviction Notice
I'm really enjoying eviction Notice, definitely one of the better events. Just wondering others thoughts.

Last night it popped again about 15 mins after a previous one and burns through more ammo than Earle.

It is one of my favorite public event in the game, but yes, you end up using a lot of ammo and cores if you play aggressively and use PA

I couldn't play it in two hours tonight, does it still work or have it been temporarily suspended? They restarted the event Mothman Equinox..

I just completed it

Don't know, I'm in a different timezone so I will see tonight how the update went.

EV not that great if people go hit 5/6 bags is a fail... Getting a minimum is 6-10 legendaries is nice if one is jumping around all over.

The location looks like a real guerrilla area, and the opponents are tough, an excellent event, among the most fun.

It certainly does. Because of the way they spawn quickly and in different locations you see much more cooperative play between players as well which is good fun.

Firestarters are very tanky so even a high level tanky build can go down quickly from multiple hits from different directions.

A good event to farm legendaries and XP, and packs a powerful punch to players if the scrubber is damaged

If you want to conserve ammo (or i guess the better term might be have so much of it that its not noticeable that its being used) I'd consider getting a gatling plasma as the ammo is easy to craft, especially the ultracite plasma cores once you have the ammo making perk and legendary perk

Prior to todays update the three new events were in an exclusive rotation at the top of the hour.

Now, the Mothman has exclusive top of the hour and the three new events randomly pop in the regular 20/40 rotation with all the other events.

The way they tanked all of the super mutants in this one mission is insane. I heard one dude last week talking about it in area chat - he put on Awareness and freaked out at the numbers, so I did the same and saw for myself. Even the top-tier 100-level super mutants at WestTek have resistance numbers around 100-150 for each category, but the ones in Eviction notice are around 600-800 ballistic and over 1000 energy. It's nuts. VATS-Crits with a vats-enhanced fixer are still way too slow, but my anti-armor gatling plasma doesn't have the accuracy to match effective DPS. Been trying to roll for an anti-armor fixer or handmade with some VATS buffs just to use on this event, but no luck yet.

Yes. For those wondering why the super mutants at eviction notice are so ridiculously tanky for their level this is why. They are unique spawns just for the event. They are far more tanky that the same named super mutants at the exact same level found else where in normal world spawns.

I don't have any issues with the event and can do decent damage and kill the super mutants on all characters i have done the event with, but i do feel for lower level players with more ordinary builds as you are basically not going to be doing anything except tagging and relying on others to do the heavy lifting in this event.

See screenshots below to see just how high their resistances are compared to a regular version of the same enemy.

Don't start the event until the last few seconds to allow people time to arrive, if you do, you will die, the event will fail and lock everyone out for another hour. Treat it with the respect we treat Radiation Rumble - as a great team effort and XP farm, definitely not a solo job.
