Xerxo ally missing?

I read on the web that Xerxo is available from Samuel in foundation for gold bullion. I’ve been ally with foundation for months now and I do not see Xerxo among the plans for sale. I have more than enough gold bullion to buy him. I have seen him available for sale but I did not have enough gold bullion at the time. Now that I do, zip

Anyone know if it’s been removed from the game?

I'd like to know this too. last i heard he was only avail from a past season.

Did you complete the season 7?
If you unlocked him in season7 his plan won’t show in the vendor.

Everywhere I’ve looked online says that the plan was moved to Samuel In Foundation. Unlocking him in season seven was not a requirement to get the plan, just 4000 gold bullion. As I said, he was at Samuel a couple months ago but not now

Maybe it is a bug with the new update if he isn't able to be bought now, but was before?

My friend was having the same issue he couldn’t find the plan for xerxo. It turned out he had unlocked the xerxo ally in the board game during season 7 so the plan wasn’t displayed on Samuel cause he already knew it. Apart from that it might be a bug.

Yeah I just checked he was not in the foundation vendor. Is this a bug idk??

yeah they probally took him down after they started selling him for atoms. Like how I got him.

if you already have a plan that a vendor sells it is on the top of the list in the Known section. I'm also having this same issue. The vendors do not sell Xerxo. Also he is not on the Atom store.

yea, all the allies from past seasons are on the foundation vendor when you become allies with them. all except for Xerxo....
