X-01 Power Armor Mods

Is it possible to find mods for the X-01 Power Armor out in the wild?

I ask because I know it will be a while before I could afford to buy the X-01 Calibrated Shocks and was hoping they were just laying around the world somewhere or if I have to buy them from the vendor.
