I think maybe you should improve your HW, there are excellent sws on the market that allow you to transfer to another new generation and better capacity SSD. I have already done it, with excellent results and without having to reinstall windows and office, and other sw. Allow me to tell you that 125gb SSDs are quite obsolete, both for their capacity and for their transfer rate (not if that's your case). I believe you have to make an investment and keep up with the changes

Considering the issue is with DOWNLOADING the game, I dont think its hardware related lol. Very likely he doesnt have enough space on disk for the game to fit so its stuck.
Their problem is with the game not DOWNLOADING properly. The download won't complete. If this is the only game to have ever done this, obviously we should upgrade the entire PC. All other games work fine but this one game won't finish the download, so lets start replacing expensive parts in the PC. No. What completely absurd advice.
OP please check that your electrons coming out of your wall socket are the correct size and shape. We must keep an open mind and not rule anything out here if we are to solve this issue. Yes I am joking. This is about as useful as the advice to replace your hardware for no good reason.
Ok do not be angry. Since the download assumes that both the output (game server) and the input (your pc) work, if you are sure that you have everything in place in your hw or sw, as other users have told you, you only have to contact support. From what I have read, in my opinion, having an SSD of only 128 gb, where surely the operating system burns a lot of space, including the paging file for virtual memory, and also having a mechanical HD (which nowadays goes used for data storage only), I don't think it's the best choice for gaming nowadays. As I told you, games now require more and more performance.
1. The download assumes nothing. What are you even on about? And hes downloading from Steam which is a Valve server and not the game server. Its pretty obvious at this point that you are talking out of your ass and have no clue what you are on about.

Evidently I have not explained myself well, it is clear that it is downloading on the HD, albeit mechanical. My advice was to improve the performance of the pc. 128gb with an operating system like windows 10 is not the best. For example, I recently made a migration from a 256 SSD to a 1tb SSD, including operating system, office, other programs and partitions, and I had an improved performance.
