Monongah power box not activating

so i just repaired the monongah powerplant for the fusion cores, and i already did the quest to fix the power plant but why cant i use the power box? pressing e doesnt do anything, the red light doesnt turn green and honestly its pissing me off.

ps: i know i can just craft generators but the disappointing thing is my 20 medium generator completely disappeared from my storage, stored it yesterday for today's use. the game is really pissing me off and making me go ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy because of the bugs

I am pretty sure turning it on and off doesn't do anything try just dragging a wire to whatever you want to power.

oh its ok now, yeah i cant turn it off either. i teleported to someones camp and when i came back to the powerplant its on green now, and yes, the fusion farming thing is now activated.

Stored workshop items are only valid for that particular server. Leave it, amd they go away.

I'm having an issue at the Federal Disposal field. I went through the trouble of activating the power plant so I could power up all the workshops it's connected to. However, I'm unable to attach any wires to the power box even if it's at full power. There is no other pylon or connector present, and no matter how many I build it simply won't connect.

I think your best option would be to build 20 medium generator. Haven't played Fallout 76 for a while now, and that's the only advice I can come up with.

Pro tip: never delete the first pilon connected to power plant box, just pick it up in camp mode and place it again (when you finish to restore power), if its destroyed just repair it and do the same.
