IS the DLC all free or is it just not on the steam store?
I bought the base game way back at release. I see they have had several DLC's come out this year, but I do not see where to buy them. Are they all free with the base game?

Yeah all the content and updates are free
those "DLC" only gives you extra craftables:skins,furniture,buildings

game gonna be down for maintenance at 10am ET / 14 UTC or 12 hours from now on
so its most likely the update will take another few hours
so yep around 14 hours from now on probably
