Workshop Budget Exceeded

Keep getting this message when I REMOVE and SCRAP Camp objects to make room to place others down. Every time I scrap something in my base it doesn't free up any room in my camp budget. Is this a bug or did they actually give us less room in our budget this last patch?

And this is why I use pre-fab structures. If I had to rebuild my main base it would take a couple hours but it would mostly be placing resources in pre-fab structures, not having to deal with locking walls, roofs, doors and stairs.

Also I get that disappearing turret thing but I put them on tables (currently the Alien Table is the best looking Turret Mount). So I just store the table and the table + turret come back into my stored tab. Magic, it just works!
