Activating a card sharing?
1.Around 90% of peoples below level 50 will activate a card sharing 2.it drop at around 66% for level 51 to 150. 3.it drop at 40% for level 151 to 300. 4.it drop at 25% for level 301 to 500. 5.it drop at 5% for level +500? Is it that more someone have a high level, more they think that they are some kind of god. That takes, but don't give back? They play in team to get the bonus, but no way they will put a card to share?

Some people may not have 3 cha.

Yeah, depend of the build ... . There's the "bug" too with the Legendary one (Charisma).

Impossible, that more they are level up, less charisma points they will have? It make no common sense!

Charisma perks may not be worth it to them.

It can also depend on the rank of the card being shared. If a lower rank card is shared it will overrule any rank of card in the build.

Most high level players should have the highest rank of the card they want so don't need to share or if they do it could adversely affect the other players.

It's simply how worthless Charisma is, you only need one point for the mutation perk, and that's the only one worth having, Charisma doesn't do anything useful on it's own either, making it easily the weakest stat to bother building for.
Arcanix Oct 3, 2022 @ 1:15pm
High Charisma, 12 or 15, is needed if you want a pet Death claw in your camp. Need two different maxed out perk cards too.

Other than that, barter prices at NPC vendors and exp gain in teams.

I don't owe you or anyone else in this game anything. Get over your bizarre level of entitlement.

Most of what you say make no common sense. If I can share a card at level 20, they sure can share a card at level +150 where it drop significantly in card sharing! And, this is not like it is hard to do, we do it once, and the card we share stay there, until we want to change it to another card. The only reason I see is that they don't want to share a card, is because they are selfish! And, the one that say that it is because of our card we share have no value for them, don't mean that they have to not share a good card with lower level player, because it will be to good for what they get in return! And, if you don't want to share, just play solo, instead of in team!

Entitled much? Nobody owes you anything in regards to sharing perks. And I will play in a team with or without shared perks because the things I get are worth much more than 1* of some perk.

1. I think you made up your original stats to fit your argument.
2. A lot more people shared cards before it was easy to swap builds.... which now clears your shared cards. It used to be set it and forget it.
3. You sound whiny.
4. Charisma is a lot less needed at higher levels for XP and money.
5. Sometimes shared cards are detrimental to certain builds
6. There is also quite a bit of team swapping for OPS and the Pit plus the signing off and/or disconnects....hence less concern for team dynamics.
7. Personally, I don't like to be told what to do so I'll probably leave my shared cards off for awhile to spite you.

Umm lol, it's one of the strongest stats in the game, is the 2nd strongest stat for exploration, and is entirely team focused. I have 12 Cha. And 900 hours playtime on PS. You're just factually incorrect lol.

Ok, what's it good for then? The only good perks it has is to boost mutations(strange in numbers I think it's called) or if you avoid public teams there's lone wanderer(too expensive for it's effects, capping off strength and getting the armour perk does more for less, as does the one in agility), the rest can be easily forgotten, all the stat does is increase caps gained when selling to NPCs, which you might want once a month or so to cap off in a single trip instead of two, if you can find a use for caps at all, mine have been sitting at the cap for years.

You're always far better off putting the points elsewhere to get yourself more damage output(should be everyone's top priority), weight reductions, surviveability, etc.

Team Medic, Squad Maneuvers, Overly Generous on a bloodied build, Friendly Fire, Inspirational, Magnetic Personality

Even with all of you can max out one stat for your main weapon type and include weight reductions, survivability and so on.

If you're at max caps, you're just not playing the game lol, no point if you're not gonna spend em. Buy a new legendery weapon, try out a new build. It's not a competitive game. No charisma equals less fun for your friends. Both in the game and real life :momozzz:

Most of what you mentioned is pointless, team medic, when it's so easy to be immortal, this is pointless, Squad manuvers, I think this one is for bonus exp(no I don't remember off the top of my head), which is almost useless past level 50-100, when you're done gathering all the perks, can gather extras for legendary perks I suppose, but I was done with those years ago, overly generous sounds decent on paper, until you realise a good 70%+ of the hostiles you face are immune to radation damage, and bloodied builds while they do have good damage, are far too suicidal to be worth the increase they give. Friendly fire, again people are either immortal, or bloodied(and thus instantly dead) making it a waste of time to even think about. Inspirational, I honestly don't remember what this even does(I'll have to actually look later), Magnetic personality just adds more charisma, which does nothing useful for you.

I'm at max caps because I've been playing the game, I've got at least one of every weapon stashed, a good 500+ legendary moduals for crafting effects(nobody with any amount of grey matter buys a legendary weapon from a player shop, it's probably hacked) trying out new builds is alright, but I've done that a few times over.

And to top it all off, any perk you might want to share, will be a waste of time anyway, as your friend either already has it, or doesn't use whatever it's boosting, at times you can actively hurt your team mates by sharing a perk that's detrimental to them, if perks stacked, it'd be different, but they don't. Most of the time what you're trying to share is having exactly zero effect.

I am level 106 and I am not jaded yet, the game still fun. I am not maxed in caps yet, far from it. I will take some of yours gladly since you don't use them, still have things I would like to buy (only have around 2000 caps today). I am not immortal (whatever that is) because I still die. Though a lot less often as I did in the past. Looking for some violet flux now so I can upgrade a couple weapons.

Frankly you sound like you need a new hobby then. Must be nice having no fun for you or your "friends' if you call things useless because you an you alone can't see beyond your very unfounded personal opinion. I forgot PC players were so egotistical n self righteous. Especially when they can't even remember perk card effects
