Normally what I do though - ...do the stupid errands at whitesprings, go to which ever one is need for the weekly/daily op (dues/fire)...do most of the leg work. Then invite people towards the end so all they have to worry about is the boss fight and not the fetch quest crap.
but peeps gotta complain
The Pitt was Jeff Gardiner's idea (Project Lead, resigned from Bethesda) as he was lead on the FO3 DLC. This Pitt was just a way to get it in this game without any real thought on the how or why.
Like most live service games this is just content with currency bloat and busy work till the next update. Stamps have a cap of 10000 and I can imagine that when the next expedition arrives, if it does, it won't use the same currency or else players will gain all the rewards without having to do the content.
It has painted itself into a corner.
Worthless is such a drama queen adjective for a piece of interactive entertainment software.
was fun the 1st run but after that, it's boring af because nothing changes.
exploration in expedition is also pointless, dunno why they didn't add hidden loots with stamps in them for exploration.
i am personally only kinda doing the pit like every 4-8 days just to grind a little till i can get the flood light and banners as thats about it not going for anything else so once i get them two items that will be it from me i will no longer run the pitt.
Shallow, boring, uninspired all better adjectives.
Subjectively when viewed through the lens of video games being collaborative pieces of artistic work, it has worth on that merit alone. Objectively the game is worth $39.99 on the steam page according to the developer.
Ah, I didn't see where I could make groups, I did it solo lol.
Thanks for the tips :)
No complaints here, just a shrug and a meh.
Yeh not looked at what those Stamps are for yet.
Some of the camp items sound ok, though.
Hmmm, beautiful scenery yes.
The Mona Lisa is a beautiful painting...
If Todd Howard had portrayed this "Masterpiece" as he had 76.
We would not need to ever look upon another painting.
We would be so enthralled by it we would devote every waking moment to it.
The joy from gazing upon it would be almost orgasmic.
The depth of riches from owning and admiring it would make all else pale by it's measure.
The idea of ever gazing upon another painting would become mute to us.
Just for 39.99.
WOW!
What a deal!!!
I fell all warm and fuzzy inside!!!
He should be a politician.
Run on a ticket called, "Aster-bation".
You have to derive what you want from him by yourself...
He just talks...

You don't see the pop up about Public Teams every time you sign in?
It is recommended to always be on a team because it gives you:
1) A bonus to a stat or exp based on particular action.
2) If you start/join a Daily Op or Expedition Team then you announce to the rest of the server that you want to do that particular action so like minded people can join you.
3) You get XP/Caps every time a team mate completes a quest.
4) You get free Fast Travel to them, their CAMP, or their survival tent.
5) If you participate in an event with them, you get XP from their kills too. Even if you didn't tag the mob as long as you are in range.
6) There is no 6.
7) You get loot from mobs they killed that you never tagged if you are in range when it dies.
With the exception of Expedition or Daily Ops teams, there is no expectation that you will hang out with them, or participate in their game play in any manner.
Yeh, I get the point of groups and why games are designed around group content, I just prefer to solo, generally, and I like content where lots of solo players can turn up and participate, such as QSB, and then go their own way after.
My time, my pace, my game, etc .. other people can go at their own speed.
Your points have been noted and filed for future reference.
Have a nice day.
