Fallout 76 Keeps crashing at start up, Been trying to fix for 2 days!

Just bought the game Friday. Everytime i try to start it crashes. If i let it just start up, it makes it to the Bethesda logo, then crashes. If i hit a button, it skips intro and takes me to a place with a giant sattlelight in the background, i assume the login area, then crashes. My Rig is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. Driver Version 512.15. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz. 15.82 GB RAM. 1920 x 1080, 144Hz. It's a MSI gaming laptop. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, verified the files, ive followed several guides, videos, and discussion threads to no avail, ive tried everyhting i have found on post and nothing is working. I know that i did download a text chat Nexus mod, but after a clicked download, i never did anything else, i didnt click install. I might as well be a cave man when it comes to computers, only just got into them a year ago,and i got alot to learn still lol. So who ever can help me, please bare with me lol. If anybody can please help, i would appreciate the ehll out of you,. :D

Start the game from the install folder with the Fallout76.exe, not from Steam.

Report back with any error codes, if it gives any. Also maybe look at windows event viewer to see if it is giving any error odes as to why the Fallout76.exe crashed

Forgot to say: Link Bethesda account with Steam. Also try to install legacy Direct X package as newer Windows installs can miss out critical files needed for Fallout76 to run.

link your bethesda and steam solves some of it

if steam tries to log you in and bethesda is like nope no account it just force closes looks a lot like a crash

not an issue for everyone but I had this going from xbox for pc to steam

Run as admin that could fix your issue also make sure your computer is up to date specifically your drivers and graphics card you will be surprised that causes many issues. Also sometimes games don't install properly so uninstall and reinstall may also fix your game! Also Verify your files via steam that could help you narrow your issues !
