How do i do the thing to take pictures with a camera? I don't have a camera or know how to craft one..
I really want these badges to be done so i can get a backpack!

There are ways to get the camera by server hopping or FT around. Easiest way is to go visit Davenport in the Overseers house. He will give you a quest to take pictures, and will also give you a quest marker to find the camera.

Didn't know this one with Davenport ... , Thx. Or, check some "lookout place", habitually in higher ground, there's some in the Forest region, check around table for a squelleton, if I remember well, he have a camera near by and a quest for it ... .

Places you have an chance to find the tourist with the camera.

Point Pleasant (by the mothman statue)
Top of the LIghthouse
Bolton Greens Fountain
Teapot
Wavy Willards parking lot

There are others, but those are off the top of my head.

Build the personal terminal in your camp and choose the mysterious person quest. That will start you on where to find the camera person without the RNG.

I picked up a broken one from a corpse in the fairground (where you have to also find Mr Jangles plus the leader of the pack side quest). Close to Deathclaw Island. Once fixed and repaired you get the task to complete his bucket list of photos too

BROKEN CAMERA - Across from the Wayward. There is a camp. There was one in the toolbox. There are mods to make it 200 mm zoom.
