Is Mortimer the only place I can get mods for the Gauss mini gun?? I got one as a drop from my camp settler Thanks

Gauss minigun is a weapon from the raiders so yes you get mods from Mortimer.

Minerva will have them from time to time when they are or her rotation. Minerva's stuff will be slightly cheaper but it involves finding where she is each week and hoping she has something you actually want. These are the only two places you can get them from.
