Anybody know if u can refund an atom shop purchase within a small time period?

I bought War Rider about an hour ago cause I have no skins for power armor, but a few minutes ago the Black Rider popped into the shop as a limited time... I love both but I think the Black Rider matches what I wear on my character alot more (ranger armor /w Raider gas mask)

Nope you cannot in a normal way. You could try a ticket. Maybe you get lucky.

GENERALLY they said that it didn't meet their expectations and they don't enjoy it, then the talk is that they go oh sorry you didn't like it, here is the atoms back, keep the thing you purchased too

Not sure if steam handle the atoms on the steam version. But on bethesda launcher you could get the atoms back if you bought something by mistake. Havn't done it myself, but heard multiple times players got atoms back after writing to support.

Refund requests are done via Bethesda support ticket.
I know a few people refunding the HARE power armor when it was first released due the Radiation resistance bug.
If this is your first refund then they will probably let you keep the item as well.

you will need the date and approx time you bought the item from the shop.
explain the situation. you thought the war rider was the black rider....
made a mistake. can you have your atoms back so you can buy the right skin.
you may be surprised with the results.
i had an issue with the national parks armor skin. dosent have rad resistance at all.
i made a ticket asking for a refund of atoms. i got the atoms right away.
the atom shop staff isnt the customer support staff that handles bug reports and general tickets. its the games cash shop, they have a history of going above and beyond in my humble opinion. ive made multiple atom shop refund requests, communist bunker, was the last one before the pa skin, no issue with refunding the atoms...

submit a ticket and explain why do you want to refund the skin
works most of the times And you can keep the skin after getting it refunded

I already made a ticket, waiting for a reply!!! :D Isn't that a bit abusive tho? if they just give u the item when u refund? Also!! Can you tell me how I get or charge the cores for the armor? I haven't used power armor in this game at all even tho i'm level 34
