I got my plans from treasure maps. I can craft you a helmet and left arm if you want

There is no plan for it. There are only plans for individual pieces.

If you want a full set ready to use, just google where the PA spawn on the map and server hops until you found your full set ... . If you don't want to travel the entire map, focus on "Camp Venture", "Watoga/Center" and "Fort Defiance", I see regularly T-51B parts there ... .

I can craft you a full set if you like. I just don't know 100% of the mods.

In my experience mod plans are easy to come by, but actual plans for armour pieces are much harder to find. Actually looking for the last few weeks for T51b armour piece plans for a friend and I have only found 1 in all that time and it was at a player vendor.

I have only ever seen them sell T51b mod plans. You sure you have seen actual T51b armour plans to craft the PA pieces?

Yeah, I assumed you meant plans for mods. For the actual armor, the guy who said to look for empty suits in Watoga/Defiance and so on was correct.

Yeah power armor you get the plans from maps or find it already built on frames in correct spots. You can buy bps for the modules however from select venders. I think only exception is there is one you need gold for right? I want to say there is a gold bullion type of power armor bp out there, that isn't tradable if I remeber right...
